Started in the mortgage business as a Mortgage Loan processor in 2008 once the market had collapsed. Learned the FHA and Conventional loan programs inside out in order to give the new buyers at that time the option of homeownership in such difficult times. Those moments for me were crucial learning times for what has been 10 years in the business. Later on in my career I decided to be a full time loan originator which my processing skills came in very handy as I can help the borrower but also know the inside out of processing and underwriting making the process hassle free.
